1. What we collect
Account data (name, email, phone), booking and ticket records, organizer and venue profile data, and the contact details you enter in inquiry or contact forms. Google sign-in shares only your name, email, and avatar.
2. How we use it
To run the service: completing bookings, sending email verification codes, delivering booking inquiries to venue owners, and calculating organizer payouts. We do not sell your data.
3. Sharing of contact details
When you send an event-hosting inquiry to a restaurant or hall, your name, phone, and optional email are shared with that venue only — direct contact is the purpose of the request.
4. Cookies & sessions
We use secure httpOnly session cookies for authentication and a language-preference cookie. We do not use advertising trackers.
5. Security & retention
Passwords are hashed (Argon2) and never stored in plain text; all traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Financial booking records are retained as required for accounting purposes.
6. Your rights
Edit your profile from the account page, or reach us via the Contact page to request correction or deletion of your data.
